Can't run DASM Assembler

[DinoDashDerby]

I have the DASM Assembler setup in home/usr/osp/project on the solaris server. I have given it 700 permissions. However when i try to run it using:

./dasm DinoDashDerby.asm -lDinoDashDerby.txt -f3 -v5 -oDinoDashDerby.bin

I get the error:

Invalid Argument

I have checked to make sure i am typing everything correctly, everything is correct. Could someone please help me in this matter?

are you sure that this is a right executable?
I have tested it
