NO access to Redhat admin

There is not access to Redhat admin, why?

I think he means Usermin.

Hello,
usermin is disabled until we find a way/patch how to disable abuse. Through usermin malicious users are able send spam without having shell access to the host.
Sorry for that. It will be enabled again when there is a solution for this problem.
