When do I know when my Shell count is activated? I sent the payment via paypal and faxed my info a few days ago.

generally the accounts are shell activated when: the application form arrives AND the application fee is paid AND the "to be shell activated" template account exists.

The user is notified by e-mail - usually with subject line "polarhome shell activated".
