Trouble installingwordpress on npanther@freebsd.polarhome.co

I would like to run a blog omn my panther @freebsd.polarhome.com account however when i try to execute the wp-install.php or wp-install-helper.php installation scripts I can't get the followin error message.


Execution of (cgi-bin) is not permitted for the following
reason:

Script is not a regular file

This is the eroor message i receive when i attepmt to access the aformentioned files in there default directory.

You don't have permission to access /~baps/wp-admin/wp-install-helper.php on this server.
