oidentd problem

i have some problem, but with ident... on debian server

when i'm trying to connect, there is problem becouse ircserver don't recive information about my ident

for example: irc.undernet.org

*** Your ident is disabled or broken, to continue to connect you must type /QUOTE PASS 11487

20:44 - mateusz [~mateusz@20.31.227.87.static.dre.siw.siwnet.net]

after set fake username in irssi
20:47 - mateusz [~fake_user@20.31.227.87.static.dre.siw.siwnet.net]

it should be repaired becouse:

What this system can not offer? - professional ISP service quality
- host for huge sites
- DoS, SYN attack base
- host for remote attacks
- vhost and fake identity

that nobody can change his username

i see oidentd in process list but why it don't work?

i see oidentd was started in 2007, maybe it need to kill and start again
