Debian webmin disk quote error(?)

Im a new user on polarhome, and novice to linux.
I have a problem:

I logged in the webmin and tried to do something, but to everything I got the following error message:
"Failed to create /home/r/repiv/.usermin : Disk quota exceeded"

if I logged with telnet/ssh the error was almost the same.

it is possible that I did something wrong.
if I did then sorry for it.
if not pls look after it.

Have you activated your shell account via written application?

yes i have a shell acc already.

i got a mail from Zoli:
"your application form arrived and met all requirements, therefore your shell accounts have been activated."

Ok, log into the shell and type "quota" and paste back here please.

Hello,

seems the quotas on debian were corrupt.
A simple quotacheck fixed the problem.

debian:~# quotacheck -a -v -m
