Is it intended that there is no more Webserver running on Debian?
( http://www.polarhome.com:753/ gives: Connection refused)...
"ps a | grep apache" returns no running apache :-/
Would be nice if you could restart/tell me that there is some problem

no, it is not a crash, but debian is under upgrade - upgrading to 4.0r0, alias Etch.
Unfortunately the upgrade is not that smooth as debian development has promised
... but the server will be back soon (read few days)
