Hi, I can't login to mysql server via PHPMyAdmin or shell. It gives me error #1040 (too many connections).
What can I do to fix it?

Hello,
you can not do anything, unfortunately.
This is a PHP configuration that made this problem, because it allowed persistent connections.
But because redhat server has many users, the pool of connections are very fast used - producing the error that you have described.
I have change this and it work OK again.
