Sample startup files

Hi, I deleted my sample startup files that is copied from /etc/skel when the account is created on the freebsd server because I played too much and screwed them up. I was going to copy them back to my account but it seems like I don't have the permission to do that. Is there any other way to get them back or must an administrator do it for me?

I maybe should have posted this under "Shell accounts" but an administrator can probably move it to the right place.
