Installing LUFS / FTPFS?

Hi All,

I was thinking: would it be possible to install LUFS/FTPFS (in my case I have a Fedora account so my question is mainly for zoli) and to allow users to mount FTP or http filesystems in their home directory?

It would allow to have virtually unlimited space, at the price, of course, of a slower access.
I reckon that intensive use could lead to bandwidth issues but access would be self-regulated by speed constraints..

Any thoughts?
