I make my account and I am trying to access by ftp.
Were is the problem? Can anyone help me?

You have a Template and not a FTP accout. You can't access FTP.

Now I am very confused.
So how can I access my site and store my pages?
Is PolarHome.Com free or i have to pay 10 local currency units?

Tempate accounts are free, shell accounts not. You can make a symbolic donation and you get a shell account with FTP acces.

Template account (email is free), shell and ftp access (therefore hosting too) costs 10 local units.

It used to be free too, but we removed it due to abuse.
