Shell application, which currency

I am from Philippines but I usually channel all my financial transactions through my brother who lives in US. How am I supposed to go through the application? I will send a hard copy of the application form through snail mail to your office at Stockholm, Sweden then transfer the money through PayPal or Stormpay equivalent to $2 (in US dollars). Is this fine?
