2 US Dollar = 108.800 Philippine Peso
2 Philippine Peso (PHP) = 0.03676 US Dollar (USD)

Median price = 54.26000 / 54.40000 (bid/ask)
Minimum price = 54.21500 / 54.34000
Maximum price = 54.45500 / 54.75000

In your case it's enough if you send PHP 108 but if you would like you can also send more.

Normally users have to pay 10 local currency units (€10 for people from the US, $10 for the countries that use Euro..) but your PHP 10 is a small amount of money (much less than €10 or $10). So you have to send the amount that is equal or more than $2 which is PHP 108.
