viewing manpages on solaris

currently the default viewer is 'more', as i see..
if i wanted to use 'less' (it allows scrolling back!) is there anything i need to do on my behalf, like an alias, or would it require changing something globally in the system?

There must be an export variable but i cannot find such.

Use man command | less

eg

man bash | less
