When i say "Scandinavia" i mean Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland. Atleast im from Sweden here! :wink:

i've checked that up a while ago, and it seems that sometimes finland is included and sometimes not, there is no clear answer to it,

i think finland should be included because linus torvalds is a finn,

Well most people say that Scandinavia includes just Sweden, Norway and Denmark. However some scientists based on geological research add Finland in these countries (the reasons).

Also, other scientists include Iceland and Feroe islands as well based on language and culture.

If you ask me I'd say that Scandinavia as a geographical area includes Sweden, Norway and Demank. In the other hand, Scandinavian PEOPLE which means similar language roots, culture and stuff includes Finland, Iceland and Feroe islands too!

But of course I am Greek and I may me 100% wrong!
