"libtcl83.so" not found

Hi,
When i tryed tu run eggdrop on FreeBSD ( home/e/eggdrop )
i got this message:

/usr/libexec/ld-elf.so.1: Shared object "libtcl83.so" not found

Does it means thet ther is no TCL library?
End if ther is can u tell me how to fix it or just tell me path to tcl library on FreeBSD..

Delete everything, get new sources, extract 'em, ./configure && make config && make && make install
