What does this entail? What do I have to do to deserve this? Is teher some sort of guideline list?

Just means your a respected person and help users so users can trust you.

Also means you can close topics and move them etc but you'll probably rarely have to do that.

Zoli asked for you to be added cuz you've helped him with VMS stuff and your very knowledgable

Also id'e like to mention that afonic was added to the mod team.
