about my shell account?

Hi admins!

I have a little question that i applied for a shell account (upgrade from ftp) by sending the application form with the cash Rs.200 =~ $3.15 ,, 10 days ago.But even after passing 10-11 days i have not got any response from you people that what happened to my application?

I dont think that it takes too much time to reach a mail from here to sweden :)

my username is naveed
host is redhat

by the way i also try to send an email to support@polarhome.com but got some problems that day, it said me Unable to connect to POP3 server .. thats why i am posting it here.

Sometimes it takes more than 10 days or maybe zoli is busy...

I enable account as far both application forms and fee arrives.

Exception is when I am on some business trip or vacation, but delay should not be more few days ( two week delay may occure once or max two times per year during my vacation)
