in the "welcome" email i didn't get any username and passwd to mysql... how can i access it?

You were supposed to get 2 emails, one with the big welcome message, the other with mysql details.

The email is sent from the host to the host, can't be late.

you have 2 options now;
1.Create a new account, this time make sure you tick the 'i want mysql' box on sign up.
2.mail mysql@polarhome.com and ask for a new account, then wait a couple of days

Actually because Denis didn't make it clear you should have received in info in your Polarhome new mailbox and NOT the email you gave at registration.

Well since he /did/ see the 'welcome' message, it's obvious that he looked in the right place, thus i didn't bother adding that small details

Yes this is right. BTW uranio, what OS have you registered for? Is it one of the Linux/FreeBSD ones?

If you got only one Welcome email from root, you don't need to wait for another one.
Because there is no chanse for another one.

Simply cross your fingers and request from support@polarhome.com, or create one more.
PS: I wish other customer service assistants were like you guys. :lol:
