can't longin FTP from fedora/konqueror

Hi all,
I am new to polarhome and i registered for ftp access. I can login to pop3 http interface. I can see my account using finger and here in forum, i can log in but in ftp is says access denied!!
I am behind proxy that requires authentication. After proxy authentication konqueror just display Access denied. I couldn't find any helpful info in FAQ for this.

I am using <a href='ftp://redhat.polarhome.com:791/' target='_blank'>ftp://redhat.polarhome.com:791/</a>. I also tried <a href='ftp://redhat.polarhome.com/' target='_blank'>ftp://redhat.polarhome.com/</a> in konqueror but it doesn't display authentication dialog. I have also local network ftp that I can access with authentication so i think there's nor problem in konqueror.

I am confused...
Any help is appriciated.

Redhat.polarhome.com resolves to a local hostname therefore it just wont work. I wish people would read the port forwarding guide.

redhat's ftp is accessible on gate.polarhome.com port 21.
