Email to polarhome blackholed? / Shell application received?

Hi,

I'm getting the impression that my emails to polarhome are being blackholed. Test messages that I send to my template account md@aix7.polarhome.com do not bounce, but also do not arrive. I tried from two email addresses, including my own mailserver and a gmail address; neither arrives.

I've also applied for shell access for this account, and emailed the form to support@polarhome.com and paid by PayPal to sponsor@polarhome.com as instructed. Can you confirm that this has arrived, please?

Yes, indeed, the polarhome mail does not go through nowadays.

Is there an alternative email address where I can send the form to?

I am assuming you can find the proof of my payment by logging into PayPal. Please let me know if you need me to send that proof to an alternative email address as well.

Has this issue been corrected ? I just sent my application form to the support email address a day or two ago, is it received?
