I registered new template user blitz_hpux-ia64 and sent scan of my registration checklist yesterday using gmail account.
I was patiently waiting for shell account creation. But this morning I got following notification from gmail:
Delivery incomplete
There was a temporary problem delivering your message to support@polarhome.com. Gmail will retry for 46 more hours. You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently.
The response was:
