[Yes I know I'm posting as my Debian user]
I cannot seem to login to FTP on redhat (either via redhat.polarhome.com 21 or ftp.polarhome.com 791) it errors: 530 Login incorrect
I can webmail and SSH so I don't think it is a user/pass issue?

The account ftp issues are solved.
The problem was that this account was activated many years ago and since than the shell activation process has changed causing problems with backwards compatibility.
