thank you Matej! by the way i want to make it clear again coz i dont get what is written there in the shell policy about the payment thingy..which is which..should i pay in $10 or $2..so when i send my money in philippine peso, per se, $2 = PHP108 or $10 = PHP 540. im sorry if im such a fool..pls explain it

In your case it's enough if you send PHP 108 but if you would like you can also send more.

Normally users have to pay 10 local currency units (€10 for people from the US, $10 for the countries that use Euro..) but your PHP 10 is a small amount of money (much less than €10 or $10). So you have to send the amount that is equal or more than $2 which is PHP 108.
