VtRemoveInput(1vtcl)

VtRemoveInput -- remove add input command for fileID

Synopsis

VtRemoveInput fileID

Removes the add input command for fileID. The fileID was created by VtAddInput(1vtcl).

If VtRemoveInput fails, it returns one of the following error messages:

ID_NOT_FOUND: no ID list or matching ID not found on list (workprocs, timeouts, inputs lists)
INVALID_ARGS: wrong number of arguments, argument not recognized, or argument options not recognized
INVALID_FILENO: couldn't map fileID onto a file
