bootparamd -- boot parameter server

Synopsis

/usr/lib/nfs/bootparamd [-d]

Description

The bootparamd command is a server process that provides information necessary for booting to diskless clients. It obtains its information from the /etc/bootparams file.

Options

-d displays debugging information.

Usage

The bootparamd daemon is automatically invoked in run level 3.

Only a privileged user can execute this command.
