Write a character to a stream

Use the -l c option to qcc to link against this library. This library is usually included automatically.
The putc() macro writes the character c, cast as (int)(unsigned char), to the output stream designated by fp.
The character written, cast as (int)(unsigned char), or EOF if an error occurs (errno is set).
