What Sweet 16 party theme should I have if I want to incorporate guys wearing Fedora hats? I want there to be a dress code sort of thing, i'm not sure what time period it is but I want the guys to wear Fedora hats, I'm not sure what the girls would wear, any help?

The fedora hat was most popular from the 1920s through the 1950s, so you could take your pick from several eras: Roaring '20s/Prohibition, Depression, WW II, early Cold War.
I'd say the '20s had the most interesting fashions for both men and women.
