Does the Apache logfile heve a default location on Redhat Linux?
... and does anyone know where it is on redhat.polarhome?

By the way, just because I don't know where it is does not add security. Security by obscurity was never a good idea!

...And I just want to try reading the logfile.
If this is not allowed, let me know!

Ta in advance

The logs are in the standard location, /var/log/httpd/access_log.
...But they have permission 700 set, so no one besides root can access it.
