BNC donesnt work...

I've got a little problem... My BNC starts normaly,

but when i try to connect to the redhat.polarhome.com 10008 mIRC say:

* Connecting to redhat.polarhome.com (10008)
-
* Unable to connect to server (Connection refused)

Anybody knows why?

The port you are using is not a redhat port.

IPv4: direct access ports are: 5000-9999

Also, you may wish to listen on * rather than 127.0.0.1 to be sure you use both loopback and 192.168.* IP.
