I want to link my bot with a friend of mine, but I don't have the telnet address. Is it allowed to join bot with another bot (friend's bot is on another shell server), and if it is, what is the address to telnet to?

It depends on what BOT you use. If it's an eggdrop irc bot than:

gate.polarhome.com:<port>

<port> is your eggdrop port number (the one in your .config).
