Is there any chance we could get an upgrade from Cuba?

Hi folks:

Is there any chance we could get one of those upgrades here or anywhere else. I do not need shell per se but por forwarding to comunicate with my server wich was firewalled (200.35.145.113). No idea if it was firewalled in the whole country or only locally. The fact is it is incomunicated. I'm not worried about it since i really left it working with a very high security so i can sleep with the work I did, however would like to finish the BIND deployment i did there so i can have reverse DNS and maybe you can give me a hand in here with port forwarding. Well maybe in this days nobody is willing to help anyone. (Except a few of us maybe).
