Solaris shell account...what's next?

Hello. I don't know if I can get some info through this forum, since I have sent e-mails to support and sponsor accounts and no reply yet.

I wonder what's the turnaround time for my Solaris shell account to be activated? I have an FTP account already.
I have sent the payment for CAN 10 DLS (10 units of my currency which is over 2 USD) through Paypal and have sent the fax (that was yesterday) and have not heard from anyone ever since.

I also checked that the payment has not been picked up by Polarhome so.....what's the turnaround for this accounts to be enabled?
I am quite urged to have it so if any help at all.....it'd be greatly appreciate it.

he should be back next week or so, he'll handle your [and everybody else's, at that] applications around that time.

don't worry, your money/application aren't lost. they're just in a very large queue waiting to get taken care of
