Did you try to connect to debian using webmail from the polarhome website? If that doesn't connect then maybe you have your username and password wrong. Check the email you received on signing up.

If this works and you can't connect via ftp, you may be getting your ftp connect wrong. The address for debian should be ftp.polarhome.com port 751. Use the same username and password that worked with the webmail

More posts are gone, so it seems like there was a database problem and our admin loaded an older backup of the forums .sql file. :roll:
