cant log into my pop3

hello i have an ftp account on debian part of polathome and when i try to get my mail on the web site he just reload the login screen/ i am also tried using mozila thunderbird and he just say he connect for few minutes and then stop doing any thing. can anybody please help me ?

There are about 10 posts about the fact that Debian server is down. Please do some reading before you post!
