Upgrade - submit application by e-mail (scanner)?

Hi,

I was wondering if it would be possible to upgrade account sending the form by e-mail instead of postal mail.
It could cost me 10 BRL for the upgrade - ok, fair. But it would cost about 15 BRL just to the send the letter to Sweden.

25 BRL isn't that much (about 15 USD I think), but most of that money would be discarded.

Since fax submissions are accepted, couldn't handwritten-then-scanned-and-emailed be too?

sure, a printed or handwritten and signed application forms that are scanned and sent by e-mail will be accepted as well.
