The Great Firewall of China

Just got back from a business trip to Dalian, China. While there I couldn't connect to polarhome.com. Does that mean that the Great Firewall is blocking us?

Hi,
I also have had problems in China... I guess this depends of the local ISP and network and not the "great wall".
Polarhome uses non standard ports for certain services - that could confuse the security officers
