Hello everyone!
I reached a place where one of my partition was near to 100% while others had extra fee space. (/usr =99% and others like /var and /tmp had extra space). I tried to resize my partitions but was unsuccessful . Finally I decided to format my hdd(winnt + RHEL3 + Fedora4 + RHEL4). My plan was to remove RHEL3/winnt (I was not using them) and add resulting free space to my RHEL4 and FC4 os but my plan failed cause I was unable to resize my partition
There must be some proper method for doing this(resizing /usr or any other ext3 partition) as, this is not at all the solution to format hdd.
Currently I made new partitons proper (gave max to /usr and other things) and probably out of free space problem will not occur this time...but still I want to know this thing for future.
Thanks in advance
